Cooking chicken biriyani

  • Cook basmati rice with lots of water, tomatos, salt and little butter . stop once the rice is 80% cooked and drain the remaining water.
  • Cut the chicken in small pieces and marinate with any biriyani masala, very little bit of yogart and little oil for 30 mins
  • Preheat oven for 10 mins (350F)
  • Mix the rice with lots of mint leaves, fried onions and little bit of oil
  • Mix the chicken with little bit of oil, lots of mint leaves and fried onion.
  • Layer the rice and chicken in a oven safe bowl.
  • bake in oven for 55 mins
